St George’s Hall, Liverpool and Cantina Space Bar, Manchester Wedding.
David and Victoria had a small and intimate wedding ceremony at the spectacular St George’s Hall in Liverpool.
This was a lovely day to be a part of, the ceremony had a reading from Victoria to David quoting a passage from Winnie the Pooh by A.A.Milne. The steps and columns of this Grade I listed building provide the opportunity for some classical look wedding pictures and after these had been taken I followed the couple to a nearby Italian restaurant where they had a meal instead of the traditional wedding breakfast.
David and Victoria are both huge science fiction fans so the reception was held at the Cantina Space Bar in Manchester, This niche venue is a perfect alternative to the usual hotel ballroom and Star Wars characters mingled with the guests providing unique and interesting photo opportunities.
The details at David and Victoria’s wedding were exquisite – the bridesmaid hand made her dress using material that showed the cosmos, the groom’s handmade button hole featured Marvel cartoon characters and the bridal bouquet consisted of handmade paper flowers.
